1. Overview
This page describes licensing for Prompt Injection Lab (the "Service"). Unless stated otherwise, all rights in the Service and its original content are reserved by the operators and their licensors.
2. Service software and content
The Service's proprietary software, user interface, branding, documentation, and original materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms and this License page apply.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service or its original content except as expressly permitted in writing by the operators or as required by applicable law (for example, fair use or mandatory interoperability exceptions).
3. User submissions
By submitting content through the Service, you grant the operators the broad license described in the Legal Terms, including the right to use submissions for operation, improvement, research, and publication in aggregated or de-identified form. You are responsible for compliance with third-party licenses that may apply to content you incorporate into submissions.
4. Third-party and open-source components
The Service integrates third-party libraries, tools, benchmarks, and datasets, each governed by its own license. Notable integrations may include:
AgentDojo and related benchmark materials, subject to their upstream license terms;
Prompt Siren and other referenced open-source projects under their respective licenses (see upstream repositories);
Model provider APIs and SDKs subject to provider terms of use.
Use of third-party components outside the Service may require separate compliance with those licenses. Source code, license texts, and attribution requirements for bundled dependencies are available in project repositories and package metadata where applicable.
5. Trademarks
Names, logos, and marks displayed on the Service may be the property of their respective owners. No license to use trademarks is granted except as necessary to refer to the Service in descriptive, nominative use.
6. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation. We are not obligated to implement feedback.
7. No warranty
Licensed materials and third-party components are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. See the Legal Terms for full disclaimers and limitation of liability.
8. Inquiries
For licensing questions, commercial use, or permission requests beyond ordinary Service use, contact the operators through the About page or other published contact channels.
